Chicanos Construction is a family-run company based in Knoxville, Tennessee. Benjamin Ramos did not learn this trade from a manual — he learned it from his grandparents and from the craftsmen who took him in, people with more than fifty years on the tools between them. What they taught him was not only how to frame a wall. It was how to run a crew, how to price a job honestly, and how to leave a property better than you found it.
That is why we are not just one trade. For homeowners we do roof replacements, decks and railings, patio covers, concrete driveways, drywall and flooring across Knoxville, Maryville, Oak Ridge, Lenoir City and Sevierville. For builders, we frame and dry in whole houses. When a job needs the roof opened and the kitchen rebuilt underneath it, you are not coordinating three companies. You are calling one.

Free estimate
We come out to your place in Knoxville, Maryville or wherever the job is, look at the actual work, and give you a real number. No charge and no pressure.

A straight scope
You get told what the job needs and what it does not. If a driveway needs washing instead of replacing, we say washing — even though the pour is the bigger ticket.

Financing if you want it
We offer financing, so a roof that has to happen now does not have to wait for the money to be sitting there. Ask when you call.

One crew, start to finish
The same people who framed it are the ones who finish it. Nothing gets handed off halfway through to a sub you never met.

Cleanup and walkthrough
Debris hauled off and the site swept before we call it done. Then we walk it with you and fix anything you point at.
